When purchasing artwork prints it is important to us that you are completely satisfied. Should the artwork you purchase be damaged in transit, we must be notified within 24 hrs of receipt of any damaged delivery. The customer must return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund not including freight costs or exchange for another artwork print (whichever you prefer and available). and pay only the return freight.

There are no refunds for the original cost of shipping the work. No returns or refunds will be accepted after the 14 days period. Any works returned must be in original condition and include the documentation of the transaction and photos to enable a refund or exchange.
